Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & shipping
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, although some supplier-fulfilled or made-to-order items may require up to 7 business days before shipment. After shipment, U.S. delivery typically takes about 3–10 business days. International delivery typically takes about 7–30 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and fulfillment location. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not always. Because items can be fulfilled from different locations, one order may arrive in more than one package.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used personal-care, skincare, bath/body, and consumable products are generally not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
We typically inspect and review an approved return within 7 business days after it arrives. If the refund is approved, we typically issue it to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Use our Contact page and include your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue.

Why can product appearance vary?
