We want you to be satisfied with your GoldenStone purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care, skincare, bath/body, and consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

How to start a return

Email us at mogoldstein2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on your bank or payment provider.
