GoldenStone ships to the destinations offered at checkout.

Processing times

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Some supplier-fulfilled or made-to-order items may require up to 7 business days before shipment. If an item has a different processing estimate, the product page, checkout, or order update will provide the applicable information.

Estimated delivery

After shipment, U.S. delivery typically takes about 3–10 business days. International delivery typically takes about 7–30 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and fulfillment location. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages or from separate fulfillment locations.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact us as soon as possible to request a correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins.

Delays or delivery issues

Carrier or customs delays can occur after an order leaves a fulfillment location. If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears unusually delayed, contact us at info@shopgoldenstone.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
